A name stamp is an easy solution for labelling clothes!

If you need quick labelling, a name stamp is a good solution. Our name stamps come with a fixed plate. With this type of name stamp, you cannot change the text afterwards.

A stamp is quick, but a better alternative is our name tags, which can easily be attached to both clothes and belongings. The name stamp is a simple and very easy way to add a name/print to clothing. The name stamp can be used on all absorbent fabrics.

Advantages of a name stamp/clothing stamp:
  • Quick and easy
  • 3 lines of text, maximum print size 36 x 12 mm.
  • Can also be used on books, paper, school bags, etc.
Disadvantages of a name stamp:
  • Not visible on dark textiles
  • Can rub off / show through thin textiles
  • Cannot be changed once you have stamped, so practise a little first
  • If the clothing needs frequent washing or washing above 60°, we recommend iron-on labels or woven name labels
  • The print looks best if you stamp on a flat surface.

  • All text centred with max. 25 characters, incl. spacing, per. line.
  • Name stamps can be used on all types of absorbent fabrics.

  • Good readability at up to approx. 10 washes at 90°, at least 30 washes at 60° and at least 60 washes at 30°.

A name stamp provides clear readability for at least 60 washes at 30°C, 30 washes at 60°C, and approximately 10 washes at 90°C.

Which materials can I use a name stamp on?

Name stamps can be used on all types of absorbent fabrics, paper, and school bags, but the ink is not visible on dark fabrics.

How much text can I fit on a name stamp?

You can fit up to 3 lines of text with a maximum of 25 characters including spaces per line, within a maximum print size of 36 x 12 mm.

How long does the ink pad last?

The ink pad lasts for approximately 1,000 prints or around 1 year when stored properly in a sealed plastic bag.

Is the stamp ink safe for children and sensitive skin?

Yes, the stamp ink is completely non-toxic and contains no allergenic substances.
