WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
When ordering from LabelYourself.co.uk, please note that if you have ordered products with your own design, we first need to produce your order. Therefore, delivery times can vary depending on which products you have ordered. You can see the total delivery time (including the time it takes to produce the product) on the individual items on the order. You can also see the estimated delivery time on your order confirmation. Please note that generally speaking, we always send your entire order at the same time and therefore the product with the longest delivery time will determine the overall delivery time.

When your order is produced and ready to be shipped we will send you an e-mail. The delivery time depends on the chosen courier and can vary from 1-6 working days. You can see the expected delivery time when you choose courrier.

If you order products from our inventory, then we will always ship the order on the same day if you order before 2 p.m.

We will always send an email when ordering from us.

WHERE IS MY PACKAGE?

  • Delivery to your home address:
It is always a good idea to check your mail box first. If the order is not in there, then call us and we will help you find your order. If your order has been lost, we will of course make sure to send you new products free of charge.
  • Delivery to businesses:
From time to time, we see that a package “gets lost” in both small and large companies, but they are usually found. Often, the package has been delivered to one of your colleagues who has signed for it, so please ask them about it before calling us. If your colleagues have not seen the package, then of course you should call us and we can help you track it. Always be sure to clearly indicate who the package should be delivered to when ordering. It helps to write down the specific department and remember to write the precise address.

  • Delivery to package shops:
If your order is sent to a package shop, you will be notified by the delivery company via email or text message once the package can be picked up.
