FAQ
What should iron-on labels not be used for?
Kiss-cut iron-on labels are not suitable for very smooth or water-repellent materials such as rainwear, leather, PU leather or particularly stretchy fabrics.
They work best on absorbent fabrics – like cotton, polyester, and similar materials. They can also be applied to nylon stockings, as long as you use low heat. If the material feels plastic-like or smooth, it is probably NOT suitable for iron-on labels.
We always recommend testing first. It is your responsibility to ensure the material can withstand the heat. For delicate fabrics, only iron directly on the label, not around it.
